At a certain position of the conveyor belt, regular guide
devices are installed to ensure that the conveyor belt
runs on the correct track. It is suitable for long conveying
and bidirectional conveying environments. If guide bars
are set on the surface of the conveyor belt, the conveyed
items can be positioned to achieve uniform and effective
conveying. In addition to preventing the conveyor belt
from running off the track during operation, the guide bar
can also allows to guide the belt on a swan-neck conveyor.
The cross-sectional shape of the guide bars installed on
the conveyor belt is usually trapezoidal and rectangular,
for smaller pulley diameters we can also supply some
notched versions.
The material of the guide bar is generally the same as
that of the base belt, such as PVC, PU, etc.
The size range of the guide bar is 5-30mm in width and
3-20mm in height.
The color of the guide bar is generally consistent with
the base belt color, white, green, black, and blue are all
common colors, and special colors can be customized
according to user needs.
